The Role
At Findasense, a Teleperformance owned company, we are looking for a Social Media Intelligence & Trend Analyst to join our data analysis team. In this role, you will directly support our client, a large multinational company in the beverage sector, by covering their reporting and social listening needs.
Your main objective will be to integrate with the data team to extract information from various sources, convert data into insights, and ensure the trend-spotting process runs smoothly from identification to performance tracking.
What will you do?
Intelligence & Reporting Execution: * Directly execute analysis, reports, dashboards, and social listening outputs for the client, in line with defined briefs, methodologies, and timelines.

- Consolidate and analyse Organic Social, Earned, and Influence data using client-defined inputs, sources, tools, and frameworks.
- Build, update, and maintain dashboards and reporting outputs in the required formats.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, ensuring data consolidation, quality assurance,



and timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Check all outputs for completeness, accuracy, correct time periods, and ensure all dashboards and links are fully functional before sharing.
- Investigate data inconsistencies or gaps within source data and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant data owners with supporting evidence.
- Maintain logs, trackers, and documentation for requests, deliverables, dependencies, blockers, and deadlines.

Trends & Culture Analysis:

- Monitor and review cultural, social, and trend signals across agreed platforms and markets (covering cross-Europe trends, with additional in-depth focus on Germany, Spain, and Great Britain).
- Stay continuously updated on short-term, mid-term, and long-term trends, including real-time cultural moments and key events.
- Act as a consolidation layer for trend inputs coming from agencies and independent identification to ensure one clear, non-duplicated
