Santander Insurance Holding is looking for a Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture.
Define and execute the general technology strategy for Santander Insurance Holding by establishing the target technology architecture, engineering standards and shared technology capabilities that enable a secure, scalable and resilient Insurance Technology ecosystem.

The Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture acts as the technology authority across SIH, driving standardization, technology simplification and innovation while ensuring that all Global Initiatives and the Insurance Global Platform are built on a common architecture aligned with Grupo Santander technology principles.

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Define the multi-year Technology Strategy.
- Define the technical architecture of the Global Insurance Platf
