workforce planning, leadership effectiveness and business transformation.Lead and support talent reviews, succession planning and development discussions.Use people analytics and workforce insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.Support performance, reward and employee relations processes with consistency and business focus.Contribute to cross-functional People projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.What we’re looking for8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including solid experience as an HR Business Partner.Experience partnering with senior leaders in multinational and matrix organizations.Strong background in organizational design, talent management, workforce planning and leadership development.Business acumen, strategic thinking and ability to influence decision-making.Experience supporting transformation and change initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
