Main Responsibilities

- Leading daily fleet administration tasks and organising commercial workflows

- Directing market‑level passenger car fleet commercial strategies to hit volume and profitability targets

- Supervising a substantial team organised across distinct subdivisions with intermediate team leaders

- Coordinating efforts between business development managers focused on new client acquisition and account managers optimising current agreements

- Managing high‑level contract negotiations and corporate commitments with major international companies

- Defending pricing and residual value proposals within internal steering committees

- Aligning sales objectives directly with operational delivery and corporate capabilities

- Building strategic partnerships with automotive brand representatives and dealership networks

- Driving long‑term organisational transformation and team stabilisation following recent structural updates

Core Skills/Experience

- Extensive professional background within the fleet management or vehicle leasing industry

- Deep understanding of the Spanish rental market, including competitor landscapes and corporate client structures

- Strong expertise in vehicle financing models, lease frameworks,



and residual value mechanics

- Proven experience in sales leadership, high‑value corporate account management, and complex commercial negotiations

- Prior background managing teams or holding intermediate professional leadership roles

- Willingness to travel across the country for regional conventions and key corporate client meetings

- Strong alignment with core corporate values, including acting as a united team, empowering others, and driving personal development

- Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and compliance, manage complexity, and think strategically
