We provide energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability. /p h3Missions key responsibilities /h3 ul liAs key contributor of opportunity team, support Opportunity Leader in Influence plan deployment, =S= qualification, prescription, and review RFQ drafting /li liIn support or in delegation of Opportunity Leader, be in a customer-facing role /li liAnalyze RFQs, make recommend BID / NO BID (at preliminary stages) to the management by gathering inputs from relevant Subject Mater Experts (SMEs) /li liMonitor formal gate reviews approvals and collection of mandatory information to start tender work /li liUnderstand the needs of the customer and research the optimal and most competitive techno-commercial solution to answer to its needs. /li liDefine Bid execution strategy in line with Opportunity selling strategy and target price. /li liPrepare a risk analysis and a mitigation of the risks with SMEs' support when necessary (logistic, technical, purchasing, site works, Contract....). /li liManage and draft the offer, including technical proposal, purchasing, all contractual aspects, commercial environment, cash flow etc. /li liAnimate liaison meetings, define interfaces, clarify compliance strategy, raise questions to the Client through Sales lead. /li liPerform reliable and efficient communication with the main stakeholders, raise roadblocks when needed. /li liTake part of contract negotiation in close collaboration with Opportunity Pursuit Leader and ensure timely answers to Customer's requests checking that negotiations remain within delegation given during approval process, alert and trigger new validation process if needed. /li liLead Review Before Sign (in case of availability of draft contract) and reassess As-sold margin. Prepare and lead Project Handing Over to execution team. /li liMonitor and review the performance of tendering process through preassigned KPIs Monitor margin deviation vs. Last Validated.



/li liPerform Lessons Learned analysis on both won / lost opportunities. Contribute to quotation tools improvements. /li liProvide feedback on points of improvement. Take part of TM Community of Practice within his Execution Center. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineer (control systems mention preferred), Industrial Engineering (electric mention preferred) or related career. /li liStrong technical background in Electrical Distribution Solutions and Control Systems. /li liAbility to be customer facing excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team oriented and results driven. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in the Bids/Proposals area. /li liAbility to lead with agility in a complex matrix environment. /li liAptitude to stand time pressure and stress while keeping high performance level. /li liAbility to communicate (written, verbal) clearly in concise and synthetic manner on complex technical strategy. Very good communication skills within a multi-cultural environment. /li liAbility to convince stakeholders on the proper project technical strategy. /li liAbility to learn from others, share her/his knowledge, coach others and collaborate efficiently. Ability to understand, influence convince. /li liComputer tools at user level (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, ACAD, SAP, Autocad, E-Plan, Visio programs in Windows environment). E-Plan and ETAP desirable. /li liAble to work under pressure with tight schedules. /li liAble to take decisions in complex context based on imperfect/missing conditions. /li liEnglish fluency is a must (C1 demonstrable).
