We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical and proactive bAmazon Sales Coordinator /b to join our E-Commerce team at our Barcelona HQ. /p pThis role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in bAmazon Vendor Central /b who enjoys managing product catalogues, optimizing listings and supporting commercial performance across Amazon marketplaces. You will play a key role in ensuring catalogue accuracy, enhancing product content and supporting the day-to-day operations of one of our most important digital sales channels. /p h3The main tasks of the position are: /h3 pThe Amazon Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing product catalogue data, supporting commercial activities and maintaining listing health across Amazon Vendor Central. /p ul liManage day-to-day SKU setup and maintenance within Amazon Vendor Central /li liCreate and maintain ASINs, parent-child relationships and variation structures /li liEnsure catalogue setup follows Amazon best practices, including optimized product titles, descriptions and bullet points /li liSupport new product launches, range extensions and catalogue updates /li liPerform regular catalogue health checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness /li /ul h3Listing Management Content Optimization /h3 ul liOwn listings, catalogue health and product content across Amazon marketplaces /li liCoordinate product imagery, descriptions,



videos and A+ Content to meet brand standards /li liRun new item setup in collaboration with cross-functional teams /li liPerform keyword research to improve product discoverability and search performance /li liManage listings across multiple marketplaces, brands and sales channels /li liOpen and manage listing, performance and account health cases with Amazon Vendor Support and the Amazon Customer Success Manager (CSM) /li liMonitor listing health, including suppressed or deactivated listings, negative feedback and intellectual property complaints /li liInvestigate and resolve catalogue issues, variation breakages and attribute conflicts /li liEscalate recurring issues with clear documentation and root-cause analysis /li liPrepare and distribute sales, stock and trading performance reports /li liMonitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels and product availability /li liAnalyze Vendor Central reports to identify risks and commercial opportunities /li liSupport promotional activities, deal submissions and key trading events /li liProvide reporting and insights to support business decisions /li liEnsure product data quality and catalogue integrity across Amazon marketplaces /li liHelp improve processes related to catalogue management and reporting /li liSupport the wider Amazon team with operational and commercial initiatives /li /ul h3Position requirements: /h3 h3Qualifications:
