pp--------- /ppbENG – /bGestalent Consulting is looking for an International Facility Manager to join a company specialising in the comprehensive management of maintenance services for clients in the retail sector. /ppThe successful candidate will contribute to the development of a new international market, coordinating maintenance and repair services and acting as the main point of contact between clients, technicians and internal teams. /ppWhat will your mission be? /ppYou will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the assigned maintenance interventions, ensuring that they are completed correctly, within the agreed deadlines, while providing responsive and personalised customer service. /pulliPlan, coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair services. /liliManage incidents, urgent requests and additional work. /liliCoordinate technicians and ensure that scheduled visits are completed on time. /liliVerify that all health and safety documentation is up to date before each intervention. /liliMaintain regular communication with clients and ensure their satisfaction. /liliProvide updates on the status of interventions, service increases or reductions, and any potential billing changes. /liliSupport the preparation of quotations and other departmental projects. /li /ulh3What are we looking for? /h3ulliFluency in Spanish or English, as well as one of the following languages: bDanish — particularly valued — Norwegian,
