An opportunity has arisen for an Supervisor ( Sunset Lounhe )position to join our Food & Beverage Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth daily operations of the Infinity Pool outlet while maintaining Jumeirah service standards.

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, handling complaints professionally, and building guest relationships.

- Supervise, support, and guide the team to maintain high service, safety, and operational standards.

- Monitor restaurant performance, service flow, guest satisfaction, and quality of food & beverage presentation.

- Coordinate scheduling, special events,



and operational resources while controlling costs, wastage, and budgets.

- Maintain strong collaboration with kitchen and F&B; leadership to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.
