The role combines technical expertise and strong operational and business insight to bridge the gap between Operations, Technology, Data, and Business Partners. /p pThis position plays a key role in the implementation of the Southern Europe Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring scalable processes, data-driven decision making, system integration, and alignment with European critical initiatives. The role is expected to contribute both from a functional and technical perspective, including data analysis, systems design, automation, and technology governance. /p pbWhat you’ll be doing: /b /p ul liLeading business transformation and process excellence initiatives across Southern Europe, identifying operational improvements, automation opportunities and scalable ways of working. /li liCoordinating strategic projects across Operations, IT, Finance, Underwriting, Claims and Data teams, ensuring clear governance, reporting and interested party alignment. /li liDeveloping critical metric frameworks, dashboards and management information to support data-driven decision making, operational performance and executive reporting. /li liTranslating business requirements into detailed and IT-related specifications, supporting system integration, automation, testing and implementation activities. /li liApplying knowledge of data, SQL, Power BI, Excel, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to support reporting, process improvement and digital productivity initiatives /li liPreparing executive presentations, decision papers and project updates to support governance and decision making. /li liCoordinating cross-functional initiatives, aligning collaborators, priorities,



resources and delivery plans. /li liAssessing project proposals, business cases, dependencies, risks and issues, recommending corrective actions where needed. /li liMonitoring progress, budget, resourcing, third-party contributions and overall delivery performance. /li liMaintaining project governance, change control and lessons learned, ensuring smooth transition to business as usual and benefits tracking. /li liWorking with IT partners to ensure solutions meet technical standards and are successfully implemented. /li /ul pbOur must-haves: /b /p ul li5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Technology or Transformation functions. /li liExperience in insurance, financial services or regulated industries. /li liStrong analytical and communication skills with a proven capability to simplify complexity. /li liProven experience of working in complex environments and driving business outcomes. /li liExposure to data migration, cloud transformation and enterprise integration projects. /li liExperience leading international and cross-country initiatives. /li liStrong analytical approach,critical thinkingg and practical problem-solving skills. /li liHigh standards of quality, ownership and delivery excellence. /li liCustomer-focused approach, with the ability to understand needs and propose effective solutions. /li liCollaborative style, helping others succeed and building strong stakeholder relationships. /li liClear communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior and cross-functional collaborators. /li liEffective interpersonal skills as you collaborate with local and regional partners, as well as internal colleagues, across Spain and Europe /li liFluency in Spanish and English.
