Your mission will be to provide excellent customer support by delivering clear, accurate information and ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Representing our products and services- Being the first point of contact for our customers from the Iberian market- Supporting the development of the Customer Relations Hub by introducing your ideas- Using your communication skills to help customers with a wide variety of issues- Assuring the customers have a positive experience that fits our quality standardsWHAT YOU BRING- Native level of Spanish with a proficient level of English and Portuguese- Experience working in the automotive industry- Experience in luxury Customer Service Experience with a CRM (e.G.
