Experteer Overview
As a Rail Systems BIM Modeller in Madrid, you will support cross-disciplinary teams on international rail projects, focusing on Bentley-based BIM and related platforms. You’ll create geolocalised BIM models, manage parametric families, and ensure model quality and BEP alignment. You’ll collaborate with engineers and BIM coordinators across disciplines to resolve interfaces and support design submissions. This role offers exposure to general rail systems, from traction substation layouts to signaling and cabling, within a people-centric, growth-oriented environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support the engineering team to understand project installations and resolve interfaces
• Create BIM models from scratch, geolocalised, with project parameters and shared parameters, linking with other disciplines and creating worksets
• Develop and manage parametric families for rail systems (conduits, cable trays, duct, electrical/mechanical equipment, communications)




• Produce drawings using view templates, filters, titleblocks, and sheet lists per project standards
• Participate in BIM team meetings to align on quality and BEP implementation in Madrid
• Attend clash detection and BIM coordination meetings with other disciplines
• Contribute to design submissions as planned

Responsabilidades
• 2-5 years of experience
• At least 2 years with Bentley MicroStation (and related modules)
• Experience with ProjectWise
• Strong 2D drafting skills
• Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
• Familiarity with BIM 360, ACC, Navisworks is a plus
• Dynamo or similar automation skills are a plus
• Teamwork and willingness to help
• English level B2/C1
