Experteer Overview In this role you drive cash flow and DSO performance for a defined portfolio by overseeing credit, collection, and risk activities. You collaborate with Sales, AR, and Customer Service to anticipate issues, implement remedial actions, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners. You manage end-to-end credit and cash collection processes for designated accounts, including high-risk markets, with a focus on process discipline and accuracy. You will work in a hybrid setup to meet daily processing objectives while supporting continuous improvement.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Execute the DOA and ensure compliance with GCP and internal control KCAs
- Understand the business, country specifics, products, and sales structure to manage credit and cash flow
- Prepare inputs for Cash Calls and participate as needed
- Act as the main contact for portfolio customers and oversee the full Credit Cash Collection process mainly for “C” customers
- Identify and drive improvement opportunities in credit and collection processes
- Participate in regular meetings with the Credit Specialist and coordinate risk actions in high-risk countries




- Respond to customer queries and coordinate remittance details for the Cash Application Team
- Set up and execute collection strategies and risk categories for the portfolio
- Contribute to order hold metrics and Collection Effectiveness reporting to drive past-due improvements
- Daily use of Get Paid System or other collection tools and maintain fluent communication with Credit teams
- Assist in doubtful accounts handling per GCP and support the Credit Insurance yearly exercise
- Support the Credit Specialist in OTC process activities and collateral management
- Maintain external/internal relationships to support ongoing and future business
- Handle access to information and reporting for credit risks and performanceResponsabilidades
- Experience in Credit, Customer Service or OTC processes
- Business proficiency in English and French or German; a third language is a plus
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer focus
