You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication because they know what’s at stake: the journey home. /bh3Your role, your impact /h3ulliTranslate business strategy and objectives into effective HR action plans and people initiatives /liliAct as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to management teams on organizational, people and leadership matters /liliSupport organizational design and lead change management initiatives /liliDrive the implementation of labour relations strategies and employee relations programs /liliLead workforce planning activities, defining staffing and resourcing needs /liliEnsure the successful deployment of key people processes, including Performance Management, Salary Reviews, STI schemes and People Reviews /liliMaintain the accuracy and quality of HR information systems and people data /liliLead payroll processes and oversee time and attendance management /li /ulbYou’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, project management, quality and business functions, solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. /bh3What You Bring /h3ulliDegree in Business Administration,
