The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with our customers' and strategic partners' quality requirements, while guaranteeing alignment with applicable regulations and standards in a highly demanding and technologically advanced environment. /ppIn this position, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to high-impact business initiatives, representing ITP Aero in the various working groups and international consortiums in which we collaborate. You will work cross-functionally with different areas of the organisation and external partners, contributing to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyse quality, regulatory, and statutory requirements applicable to Defence programmes, ensuring their effective deployment throughout the organisation and supply chain. /liliManage non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions. /liliSupport the management of Quality Systems within Defence consortiums, contributing to the development, review, and update of consortium Quality procedures. /liliParticipate in internal, customer, and certification audits. /liliAnalyse quality performance indicators and drive improvement plans with Operational Units, monitoring progress and results on a regular basis. /liliCollaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to ensure the quality of delivered products and provide support for products in service. /liliCarry out certification activities for ITP Aero products.
