Experteer Overview
As a Product Manager at Unit4, you own a product end-to-end from discovery to production and iteration. You collaborate with design and an AI-assisted development team to shape and ship solutions that scale with customer impact. You will lead market and user research, define clear requirements, and prioritize a high-quality backlog to maximize adoption. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, and customer insight to deliver meaningful, people-centric software.

• Own a product through its full lifecycle: discovery, definition, build, launch, and ongoing improvements
• Lead discovery with customers and prospects to identify problems worth solving and prototype solutions
• Translate insights into sharp product definitions and well-prioritized requirements
• Own backlog, release plan, and quality bar for the product
• Collaborate daily with designers and an AI-assisted development team to deliver high standards
• Co-design with customers in working sessions with a user researcher




• Scale discovery processes to synthesize signals from multiple inputs into clear product direction
• Ensure accountability for product adoption, not just shipping

Responsabilidades
• Experienced product manager with end-to-end product lifecycle ownership
• Deep domain expertise in HR, finance, or project management software; ERP experience a plus
• Comfort working with customers, designers, product marketing, and sales
• Bias to ship and ability to see real products in customers’ hands
• Ability to articulate customer pains and validate them across multiple customers
• Experience with discovery, research, requirements, design, and launch
