Your main missions will include orchestrating financial processes, preparing insightful analysis, and driving reliability in financial communication across the organization. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 h3Financial Process Facilitation /h3 ul liEstablish and coordinate the annual financial scenario submission calendar. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of financial instructions. /li liManage reminders and meeting schedules to meet closing deadlines using Teams/Consorep tools. /li /ul h3Analysis, Centralization, and Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare Excel models and presentation slides for country clearances, testing with regional controllers. /li liDevelop and adapt short PL reports for financial management needs. /li liUpdate Excom and Group reporting slides for scope. /li /ul h3Ranking / Post-Mortem /h3 ul liMonitor deadlines, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to streamline processes. /li /ul h3Ad hoc Tasks /h3 ul liHandle requests related to analysis, reporting, Phoenix extraction, and SharePoint updates. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liMaster’s degree (Bac +5) in management control/finance. /li liApproximately 5 years of experience in the insurance sector.
