Senior Business Analyst – Ayvens Digital & ITResponsible for shaping and advocating a digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and maximizing value creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product vision, strategy, definition and value creation for assigned products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product directors and business analysts throughout visioning, concept development and strategy compilation.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it supports business objectives and integrates with the overall product roadmap.
- Track success of functional initiatives, develop and implement new methods and processes to improve efficiency.
- Quantify all investments in product scope and ensure they deliver anticipated value.
- Drive data‑based decisions and validate assumptions to de‑risk value‑creation.
- Conduct research and analysis on business, regulatory and technical topics to support product requirements and solution design.
- Serve as ambassador for the product internally and externally, acting as the primary contact for related queries.




- Operate within the Ayvens product framework.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful business leadership in a digital product management or strategy role.
- Proven track record of delivering product roadmaps and achieving business outcomes.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a highly collaborative environment while managing multiple projects independently.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written). Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including financial and market analysis experience.
- Experience leading and motivating teams to deliver on objectives.
- Intercultural competence and experience working across multiple countries or multicultural teams.
