Experteer Overview In this role you drive new business in the Italian Retail market by presenting TransPerfect’s translation, localization, and AI-enabled solutions to enterprise clients. You will start with prospecting and cold outreach, then lead discovery and demos, and progress toward closing contracts. You’ll engage C-Level stakeholders to discuss global growth, workflow modernization, and scalable content solutions, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Identify and engage global enterprise prospects in the Italian market through proactive prospecting, networking, and events
- Apply a consultative sales approach from qualification to contract execution
- Understand client business models and pitch international growth strategies
- Position AI-enabled content, technology, and global solutions within digital transformation initiatives
- Serve as a strategic partner aligned to client needs
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on pricing,



contractual discussions for complex enterprise agreements, and revenue forecasting
- Coordinate with Production and Technology teams to support implementations and client satisfaction
- Ensure smooth onboarding with Client Services and set accounts up for success
- Monitor account performance and drive expansion through cross-selling and upselling
- Support discovery meetings, demos, and progression toward closing and contractsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor or equivalent
- Native level of Italian
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Results-oriented in target-driven environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
