As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage the execution and completion of Consulting Services for our Midmarket and Named Account customers from start to end. /p pConsulting services help our Customers realize the full potential of our design, engineering, construction and entertainment software, accelerate their design and solve business and environmental challenges. /p pYou will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet Customer expectations. You oversee the work of the Project delivery team, consisting of one or multiple consultants, during project execution and assure that we are following internal processes and policies. You will report into the Manager of the Project Management team South as an bindividual contributor /b. You are based in a commutable distance to our office Barcelona, Spain. You will enjoy flexibility with a bhybrid /b workplace arrangement. /p h3Your Main Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liOversee consulting customer projects, implementing Autodesk Solutions and Technologies /li liCollaborate with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align Customer Success Plans with evolving customer needs /li liTranslate project vision into clear goals for the delivery team /li liCoordinate project scoping activities with customers, inter-departmental teams, and account teams /li liDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and controls using standard Project Management software and tools /li liMonitor project progress to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget,



and quality parameters and manage project risks /li liManage external resources (contractors), oversee contracting, delivery and invoicing /li liForecast project revenue and contractor service fees /li liParticipate in account team meetings and customer business reviews /li /ul h3Main Qualifications – You /h3 ul liBring up 5-10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting with experience in the IT, AEC or MFG industry /li liHave experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy building customer relationships /li liHave working proficiency in English, French and ideally Spanish /li liHave a structured and organized approach and set yourself clear goals /li liValue processes and compliance /li liAre comfortable managing several projects in parallel /li liAppreciate an environment with frequent change and novelty /li liHave a clear interest in Project Management and a commitment to continuous development within the field /li liDemonstrate team management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset /li /ul h3Other Qualifications /h3 ul liPMP Certification or similar recommended /li liAgile knowledge or certification (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, PMI-ACP)

For Spain based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $42,000 and $61,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
