It is a responsibility we embrace and one that could soon be yours. /ppJoining Septeo means becoming part of an international collective journey, driving the group's transformation within a rapidly evolving environment, and turning AI into a tangible engine for value creation both today and in the future. /ph3Job Description /h3pThe MA Manager will originate and execute acquisition opportunities aligned with Septeo's corporate strategy, supporting the Group's ambitious growth plan within an LBO environment. /ppThe successful candidate will work closely with Division Leaders and Business Unit Leaders in defining their MA strategy while acting as a trusted partner to the Board, ensuring the execution of value‑accretive transactions that support Septeo's long‑term objectives. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliIdentify acquisition opportunities across Spain, Portugal and, where relevant, LATAM and other European countries.
/liliDevelop long‑term relationships with founders, shareholders, advisors and potential acquisition targets through proactive outreach, including cold calling and face‑to‑face meetings. /liliAnalyse market segments and identify strategic acquisition opportunities aligned with the Group's objectives. /liliPrepare and manage Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs). /liliReview audited financial statements, management accounts and other preliminary information. /liliEvaluate acquisition targets based on their business model, financial performance and future outlook. /liliPrepare investment recommendations for the Board of Directors. /liliDraft and negotiate non‑binding offers (LOIs). /liliAdvise throughout the transaction process and lead negotiations with target companies, shareholders and advisors. /liliCoordinate Financial, Legal, Tax and Commercial Due Diligence processes together with external advisors. /liliCoordinate the work of legal counsels, auditors and other advisors involved in each transaction. /liliPrepare Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Representations Warranties together with legal counsels and participate in final negotiations. /liliPresent investment recommendations, Due Diligence findings and integration plans to the Board of Directors. /liliCoordinate signing and closing processes with all internal and external stakeholders. /liliPerform peer reviews and support other members of the MA team when required. /liliSupport the preparation of Post‑Merger Integration (PMI) plans, including the 100‑Day Plan, in close coordination with Septeo's PMI team before closing. /liliMonitor post‑closing obligations resulting from acquisitions,
