Our publishers can count on revenue streams that are optimized and predictable, so they can continue doing what they do best: inform and entertain general consumers.brJob DescriptionbrAs an Operations Associate, youll be at the heart of our publisher operations: onboarding new publishers, monitoring performance across our portfolio, and making sure our data — and the decisions built on it — can be trusted.brThis is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue. Youll work daily with our Business Development, Operations, and Data teams, and youll build deep expertise in the programmatic supply chain (SSPs, DSPs, header bidding, ads.txt) from day one. Its an ideal entry point for someone who wants to build a career in ad tech.brResponsibilities:brPublisher onboarding technical integrationbrOwn the creation and ongoing maintenance of ads.txt / app-ads.txt files for each publisher, aligned with their demand stack and DSP requirementsbrSupport technical setup of new publishers: ad tags, header bidding configuration,
and QA before go-livebrAccount operationsbrAssist the Business Development team with new-publisher onboarding and keep the new-business pipeline data accurate and up to date in our CRMbrSupport adoption of our sales tools and processes across the regionbrPerformance monitoring optimizationbrMonitor daily performance across multiple publishers (impressions, fill rate, CPM, CTR, viewability, revenue) against targetsbrIdentify underperformance early, diagnose root causes, and make or recommend adjustments to improve resultsbrTroubleshoot delivery and discrepancy issues with internal teams and external partnersbrData quality reportingbrAudit our internal dashboards regularly to ensure data accuracy and completeness; escalate anomalies quicklybrProduce clear, accurate performance reports for publishers and internal stakeholdersbrSurface insights and trends that inform commercial and product decisionsbrRequired Skills and Qualifications:brStrong interest and knowledge of the ad-tech universe.brProficiency with office productivity tools; ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.brExperience working with publishers is required; experience at a demand-side partner or other demand-side company is a strong plus.brProficiency in ad serving platforms.brCommitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding company and employee information.brStrong analytical skills, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.brFluent in English.brBenefits:brHybrid work model from our Barcelona office.
