Key Responsibilities

- Play a critical delivery role in our data‑driven culture, supporting the Business Banking Digital Sales portfolio.
- Generate and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Design, execute and optimize data‑driven campaigns and customer journeys across touchpoints (web, app, closed web, SEA/Display, e‑mail).
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and other stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Participate in an agile, multidisciplinary squad focused on boosting digital sales and services.
- Translate business and information needs into analytical approaches, prioritise requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Analyse and interpret campaign results using Adobe and other reporting tools, and communicate recommendations using both analytical and business language.
- Champion an experimental mindset to keep the bank ahead in personalized digital marketing.
- Explore and benchmark industry best practices in customer experience and digital activation.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with 1–4 years of digital marketing experience.




- Hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics, Bloomreach, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English and either Spanish or French.
- Strong analytical mindset, curiosity and ability to distil complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating across functional teams.
