Experteer Overview In this Senior Principal role within Korn Ferry Consulting, you will lead organizational strategy engagements, designing operating models, governance, and detailed structures for multinational clients. You’ll act as a subject-matter expert, shaping transformation programs and guiding leadership through change. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable organization designs and ensure value delivery. - Articulate change cases and coach leaders to champion transformation

- Scope and lead transformation work leveraging design, analytics, and governance
- Manage engagement delivery including client satisfaction, scope, and profitability

- Lead QA/peer review of transformation interventions

- Master's or Doctorate degree plus 7–10+ years in a consultancy or client HR/OD role
- Alternatively substantial experience in a top-tier professional services firm
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation in multinational contexts
- Significant change management and team leadership experience
- Proven sales record with new business and account growth in transformation/strategy
- Strong business acumen advising senior executives across industries
- Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development/implementation, organizational design
- Experience applying analytics to large-scale interventions
- Financial literacy and cross-country/multinational exposure
- Industry exposure in Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, or Public Services
- Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
