PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The People Technology Analyst ensures that Avolta’s People processes are correctly designed, governed, and enabled through Nexus (SAP SuccessFactors). This role acts as a senior functional HR expert, translating People policies, labour-law requirements, and operational needs into scalable system solutions. It safeguards process integrity, data quality, and compliance across the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The role partners closely with People, IT, Payroll,



and Finance to enable consistent global People operations. It is a key contributor to Avolta’s global People Technology transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Acts as a functional HR subject-matter expert for Nexus, covering hire-to-retire processes
- Designs and defines general People processes, balancing global standards with local requirements
- Translates HR policies, compliance needs, and operational realities into functional system design
- Leads functional analysis and produces high-quality documentation (FRDs, AS-IS / TO-BE processes, SOPs, RACI)
- Owns and protects the People data model (employee data, job architecture, position management, org structures)
- Ensures data quality, GDPR compliance, and strong People data governance
- Partners with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate integrations and downstream process reliability
- Defines functional reporting and People KPIs to support decision-making
- Acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, xqbhyrx challenging requests that risk compliance, data integrity, or sustainability
- Supports change, adoption, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within People Technology

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or People Technology, with hands-on experience within an HR function
- Strong functional understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise HR systems
- Experience working in global, multi-country environments
- Ability to translate complex People requirements into clear, sustainable system solutions
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable influencing without authority and operating in complex environments
- Fluent English is mandatory
