Supply Chain Quality Management plays a decisive role at Airbus; it is much more than an aviation law requirement to ensure compliance with quality requirements by our suppliers. In order to offer our customers the highest quality and provide an excellent on-time service, we demand the same from our supply chain. In this role, you will be responsible for one of the most important interfaces to our global supply chain, working in a multidisciplinary environment in close contact with Procurement, Engineering, Production, and Programme lines. /p /brh3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 /brul /brlibAct /b as the primary operational interface with general suppliers (including multiple functions and critical sub-tiers). /li /brlibAssess /b supplier capacity, capability, and performance during the tendering phase and contribute to the final selection decision. /li /brlibManage /b supply chain and quality aspects of contracts, ensuring On-Time, On-Quality, and On-Cost (OToQoC) performance. /li /brlibEnsure /b supplier quality approval and compliance with required certifications in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders. /li /brlibMonitor /b new product introductions, Transfer of Work (ToW), and changes to ensure industrial qualification maturity before the serial phase. /li /brlibIdentify /b supplier industrial risks, propose mitigation actions, and manage short-term recovery plans or performance improvement projects. /li /br /ul /brh3SKILLS /h3 /brul /brlibEducation:



/b University degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related discipline. /li /brlibExperience: /b 2 to 4 years of experience with a background in Procurement, Quality, Production, Engineering, or Programmes. /li /brlibTechnical knowledge: /b Project Management skills and proficiency with standard tools related to supplier and supply chain management. /li /brlibSoft skills: /b Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the capacity to work both autonomously and in networking/multicultural teams. /li /brlibLanguages: /b Negotiation level in both English and Spanish.
