Working closely with our RD engineers, you will identify patentable inventions, draft and prosecute patent applications, and contribute to the strategic management of our IP portfolio. A unique opportunity to develop your career at the forefront of 5G/6G non-terrestrial networks and space technology. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liSupport inventors in the preparation and evaluation of invention disclosures, leading internal invention harvesting and review meetings. /li liDraft patent applications in collaboration with inventors and external counsel, translating complex technical concepts into strong, well-structured claims. /li liConduct prior art, patentability, and freedom-to-operate (FTO) searches using relevant patent databases and tools. /li liManage and monitor the prosecution of the patent portfolio, including designing the strategy and coordinating responses to office actions worldwide. /li liTrack filing deadlines, maintenance fees, and procedural milestones, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the patent portfolio records.



/li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liDetail-driven and well-organised, combining analytical thinking, precise technical writing, and the discipline to track deadlines and maintain accurate records. /li liComfortable using AI tools (e.g., LLMs) as part of daily work to support research, analysis, and documentation tasks. /li liAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (RD, legal, business). /li liProfessional working proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Bonus if you have /h3 ul liPrevious experience in an IP department or patent law firm, in-house or as a trainee. /li liBasic knowledge of European, PCT, and international patent systems and procedures (EPO, WIPO, national offices). /li liFamiliarity with patent search and analytics databases (e.g., Espacenet, Minesoft Origin). /li liTechnical background in space systems, satellite communications, and/or mobile telecommunication networks (e.g., 3GPP 4G/5G, non-terrestrial networks). /li /ul h3How we work /h3 pWe lead with humility,
