This position offers a combination of financial, automotive sector and risk analysis knowledge for those who want to be responsible for the analysis, creation, implementation and strategic follow‑up of a number of assigned groups of dealerships at risk. The primary mission is the successful continuity of the automotive brand's representation network, through the economic and financial monitoring of these dealerships.

We are looking for a curious professional who enjoys working directly with clients and dealership management teams.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of relevant experience and join a talented Business Management team.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Tracks, processes, analyzes, evaluates operative, financial and statistical data related to dealer network performance metrics to improve accuracy and quality and organizes independently dealer visits based on results.

- Assumes responsibility for accurate and high‑quality data being utilized on assigned projects.

- Provide remote and direct support to the dealer network within project assignment (e.g. general accounting/bookkeeping queries, data input issues, reporting).

- Provide training to the dealer network on the use of internal software, data quality improvement, map charts, and assist on the analysis of their KPI performance data.

- Serves as a contact for and develops relationships with the dealers and client to effectively respond to their requests and inquiries in a timely manner and help improve client satisfaction.

- Compile reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders within the business.





- Create ad‑hoc studies and reports.

- Attend and participate in project meetings presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions, and results.

- Provide standardized reporting on progress for assigned dealerships.

- Present regularly at all levels of Business Management and KPI results, suggesting actions of improvement.

- Visit dealerships in or potentially be in financial difficulty.

- Evaluate financial data, mainly balance sheets and income statements, to determine the level of default risk.

- Other tasks and participation in special projects as required.

Technical Competences

- Economics, Business Administration or similar university degree; master’s in financial risk management is preferred.

- Communication skills – fluent/native Spanish, intermediate English (B2–C1); ability to present analytical developments to influence others.

- Driver’s license.

- Finance and accounting knowledge – P&L; analysis and interpretation, KPI analysis experience.

- Risk analysis knowledge.

- Mathematics & Statistics.

- MS Office advanced – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred

-

- Global automotive retail network and automotive industry experience.

- Dealership business model understanding of dealer management accounts, budgets, composites, day‑to‑day control operations and associated risks.

- Data visualization and reporting tools – Power BI experience preferred, experience with Tableau, Qlik or similar tools is a plus.

Location

Madrid. Hybrid work is available subject to internal policies. xcskxlj Occasionally travel up to 20% of the time throughout the assigned region.
