Achieve your ambitions – join us at JLL! /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pReporting to the Facilities Manager and working as part of the overall Facilities Team, the Building Operations Engineer will manage a range of hard services and provide the necessary support to ensure the efficient and effective running of the site. /p h3What This Job Involves /h3 ul liCreation and adherence of planned maintenance regime for Clients assets /li liFollow up on maintenance planned by Landlord /li liAttendance to unplanned maintenance activity /li liResponse and activity relating to Trouble Ticket (remedy) requests- responding within agreed SLA’s /li liA certification in electrical license is required /li liManagement and tracking of Building Operations stock including but not limited to: ul liBulbs /li liFilters /li liPower supplies /li /ul /li liManagement of local supplier base providing maintenance,



project activity and reactive repairs /li liTracking of utility usage (electric, water, gas) and creation of innovative ideas to remove impact on the environment. /li liLiaison with relevant regulatory bodies including Safety groups- putting in place action plans when appropriate /li liOversee Building Operating and Maintenance manuals- managing updates when necessary. /li liSite Inspections(with other members of Facility Team) and not limited to: ul liSupport of daily cleaning inspection /li liHeating, ventilation, air conditioning /li liLandscaping (when present) /li /ul /li liMoves/Adds/Changes: ul liDesk Assignments /li liFurniture stock ordering and management /li liOccupancy Tracking /li /ul /li liSmall Project Management / Creation of Budget Activity Plan for Site Improvements: ul liRefurbishments /li liRenovations /li liExpansions /li /ul /li liLiaison with: ul liDeskside/IT /li liGlobal Telecom /li liGlobal Security (for systems devices) /li liGlobal A/V /li liSecurity Guards Coordination (when present on site) /li liOther Building Operations Engineers on client sites.



/li liManage daily health safety issues – maintaining regular scheduled meetings and records of the fire and safety teams/fire drills/safety equipment/training /li liA qualification to manage a technical team is required /li liRaise purchase orders /li liDeputise / provide cover for Assistant Facilities Manager / Facilities Manager when appropriate. /li liAll other tasks and duties as assigned /li /ul /li /ul pEvery day is different, and in all these activities, we’d encourage you to show your ingenuity. /p h3Sounds like you?
