Job Description

As a Security Lead you will join our team in Barcelona to support the rollout of a new product within the banking and insurance sector.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the rollout activities, ensuring effective governance, project tracking, stakeholder alignment, and the preparation of internal documentation required for project validation and delivery.

Your missions

- Define and implement project governance structures and processes
- Coordinate technical teams and ensure effective collaboration between stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery of milestones within agreed deadlines
- Prepare and manage documentation for internal product gating processes




- Coordinate rollout activities across multiple entities and teams
- Identify risks, track dependencies, and support continuous project improvement

Your profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management roles
- Proven experience in project governance, reporting, and project tracking
- Experience coordinating technical teams and managing complex deliverables
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments
- Experience in cybersecurity projects
- Knowledge of Qualys or similar security tools
- Previous experience in the banking or insurance sector
