In this role, you will evaluate business processes, organisational structures and operational procedures to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, productivity and performance. You will work closely with management and stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that support strategic business objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliLead end‑to‑end purchasing, source and onboard suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, maintain strong supplier relationships, and drive supplier performance through regular reviews. /liliMonitor lead times and supply risks, collaborate with internal teams to ensure material availability, resolve supply disruptions, expedite urgent orders, and support inventory optimisation. /liliMaintain accurate procurement and master data in D365, analyse purchasing trends and supplier performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and controls. /liliProvide advice and recommendations on process improvement, operational improvement and change management opportunities based on analysis of current structures, systems, processes and methods. /liliAnalyse provider performance. /liliReview and analyse existing operations, systems, structures and workflows across deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers and settlement flows. /liliFacilitate continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and scalability of business processes and systems. /liliWork with Finance to improve reconciliation processes and customer account oversight.
