The main idea behind thisconcept is to recognize the inherent reliability of aircraft systems andcomponents, avoid unnecessary maintenance tasks and achieveincreased efficiency. *YOUR CHALLENGES* The basic goal of MSG-3 is to identify maintenancetasks which are both effective and efficient in enabling a new aircraft to bedesigned and operated in a manner which achieves a satisfactory level ofsafety and reliability throughout its life. The process is applied for thefollowing four sections:
- Systems and Powerplant (including components and APUs)




- Aircraft Structures
- Zonal Inspections
- Lightning/High Intensity Radio Frequency (L/HIRF). *SKILLS*
- Aeronautical engineer (other engineer types could also be eligibledepending on the background and experience)
- Experience in MSG-3, LSA or maintenance engineering (experience inother ILS disciplines could also be of interest)
- High level of English language
