Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will join our Spanish team and report to Marco, CSM Team Lead. You will work closely with our client and country teams to make sure that campaigns are running efficiently, and the retailer’s ad revenue is growing. The role includes seizing and creating commercial opportunities, reviewing campaigns, offer optimization support and lean in to act as “traffic controller” between sales and operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating the shift from support to strategy and wants to help shape retail media in a fast-growing international environment.

Key Missions

-





- Support the delivery of successful retail media plan by ensuring briefs are correctly transferring client objectives and budgets into a well organized project plan form E2E.

- Understand performance metrics and analytics to deliver confident input to country teams and to the suppliers/brands.

Campaign Execution & Operations

-

- Handle campaign setup, oversee campaign implementation and ensure trafficking accuracy.

- Monitor campaign performance and pacing, if necessary, provide campaign optimization recommendations.

- Deliver campaign results to clients in business language that addresses their objectives and incentivizes further sales.

Key Requirements

-

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Retail Media networks, digital marketing, or omnichannel advertising.

- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Communication Skills: Strong English and Spanish, with a proven ability to present complex data to clients in a digestible way.
