ppbSenior Analyst Performance Analytics /b -Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) /ph3Position Purpose /h3pIn this role, you’ll design and implement statistical data models that support mission-critical reporting, performance metrics and controls, and deep-dive analysis. You’ll collaborate with data engineers, data developers and data scientists to deliver impactful reporting and analytics to support and guide business strategy (translate data into information in order to achieve business goals). You’ll participate in highvisibility projects with huge impact on product development and process optimization. As the company grows and progress continually, you’ll help to establish and promote data standards and best practices, as well as design and deploy new data solutions to deliver value to the business. /ph3Key Responsibilities May Include: /h3ulliDesign, build and automate business metrics to support strategic initiatives projects using data as main enabler, and applying mathematical and statistical modelling. /liliDevelop and deploy deep-dive analysis as per asset control requirements. /liliApply your expertise in quantitative analysis to see beyond the numbers and provide user-friendly outputs and actionable insights. /liliConduct explanatory data analysis through statistical analysis and statistical inference. /liliPresent data insights and deliver presentations with the goal of educating and championing a data informed culture. /liliHighlight, communicate and propose solutions about key issues on data and processes within CHEP systems. /liliMonitor own completion of workload and meet objectives. /liliEnsure best practices implementation to improve service to business stakeholders. /liliEnsure insights are available to be used on internal processes. /liliPropose enhancements on new/current tools (standardization, usability,
workload). /liliInvestigate and propose external data sources that can bring value for asset control processes. /li /ulh3Qualification: /h3ulliDegree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, or similar). 3+ years working experience in a similar role. /li /ulh3Experience required: /h3ulliStrong mathematical and statistical background /liliExperience with statistical inference /liliExperience working with Data Warehouse platform (e.g., AWS Athena, Redshift, BigQuery). /liliAbility to write, improve and troubleshoot SQL queries. /liliExperience working in Python to perform data analysis. /liliExperience with process automation and workload reduction through Python scripts. /liliAbility to analyze, model and interpret data. /liliAnalytical background and expertise in transforming data into insights. /liliComfortable presenting insights and interacting with senior management Experience designing visual presentations to tell the story behind the data. /liliProved experience organizing own tasks (manage priorities, standardization, automation, troubleshooting and short-term planning). /liliExperience with change management. /li /ulh3Skills and Knowledge: /h3ulliStrong analytic skills. /liliStrong service orientation. /liliEffective written, verbal, and visual communication skills. /liliFlexible and Capable of working under pressure. /liliDiplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and culture. /liliCan act under time pressure and interact with senior level stakeholders. /liliAbility to work autonomously. /liliAbility to work with remote teams. /liliDriven by results. /liliAbility to learn on the fly. /liliAccuracy and attention to detail. /li /ulh3Languages: /h3ulliEnglish Spanish would be a plus. /li /ulpAccess to Adaptable Compensation Plan /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
