ph3Job Description /h3 pUL Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a global customer-facing digital platform for our bRetail Consumer Products /b business. /p pThe role follows a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and is based in Warsaw, Poland or Barcelona, Spain. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe involve in developing, modifying, and executing Software/Technology/IT Programs that have global company-wide reach /li liBe responsible for delivering all projects within budget and schedule while meeting the strategic and business requirements /li liTrack key project milestones and recommending adjustments to leadership, managers and/or Project Managers /li liUnderstand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with basic technical understanding on Software Development /li liPlan the overall program, monitor the progress and follow the internal Software/Technology/IT Project Lifecycle process and gate reviews for requirements, development, Testing, and QA reviews before going live with solutions /li liProvide overall leadership and support to one or more project teams /li liAct as front-line contact on program related activities, issues, and risks /li liManage risks and issues and take corrective measurements /li liRegularly interact with senior management and leadership on Software/Technology/IT Programs with significant scope and budget /li liInterface with C-Suite Executives and Business Unit Leaders, Finance and develops ROI, IRR and other financial measures, and with Purchasing, develop purchase orders, and manage suppliers and vendor relationships. /li liDefine the program governance (controls). Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies. /li liManage and utilize resources across projects. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelors' degree required; Advanced degree preferred. /li liExamples include MBA, MA in Project. /li liManagement, or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience; over ten years of project management experience running large-scale, distributed/complex projects with multiple parallel threads of work. /li liExperience developing, evaluating and submitting business cases for major capital investments.



/li liExperience with cross geographical project coordination and management. /li liExperience with developing RFI/RFP and scoring mechanisms would be preferred. /li liExperience in Organizational Change Management PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred but not required with related hands-on delivery experience; ITIL Foundations preferred but not required. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liMust have demonstrated leadership ability, technical and business acumen, and industry knowledge. /li liAbility to innovate under new and/or changing conditions. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, with Executive Level reporting and escalation experience. /li liProven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple sites. /li liStrong analytical, problem solving and financial skills. Communication across programs, projects and areas (business functions and IT functions). /li liBackground in the development of strategic and tactical planning of technology and people resources necessary for successful completion of several large-scale projects. /li liAbility to achieve broadly communicated objectives with a minimal amount of supervision. /li liAbility to promote innovative ideas and accept the risks that are required to lead change. /li liAbility to make decisions independently and to assume higher-level leadership responsibilities in critical situations. /li /ul h3What We Offer Total Rewards /h3 pWe understand that compensation is an important consideration as you plan your next career move. The salary range for this position in Poland is PLN 140,000 to 170,000, and is determined based on multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. While this represents the typical range for the role, we may offer a higher salary for candidates with exceptional experience or expertise.
