Experteer Overview In this role you drive multidisciplinary engineering for complex projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while meeting quality and regulatory standards. You will serve as the main engineering interface among clients, project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You’ll shape execution strategies and manage risk, costs, and schedules to support Fluor’s mission of building a better world through innovative solutions. This position offers leadership across Engineering disciplines in an EPC/EPCM context with significant cross-functional collaboration. - Develop project execution plans with scope, deliverables, resources, schedules, budgets, and baselines
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Iu0026C)
- Monitor progress, engineering performance, costs, man-hours, and KPIs
- Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, and execution risks
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, safety, quality,



and procedures
- Lead engineering reviews, manage changes, and document control
- Act as primary client and stakeholder liaison for alignment throughout execution
- Prepare SoW, SoF, execution strategies, schedules, man-hour estimates, and technical/commercial proposalsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 8+ years in Project Engineering Manager/Engineering Manager/Lead Engineer or related leadership role
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects in EPC/EPCM environments
- Strong understanding of project execution, controls, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, construction, commissioning
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Power BI
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel regularly
