In addition will collaborate in core areas such as LD, Talent Review, Succession Career planning, Leadership development, Performance management for its assigned functions. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liDevelop individuals and teams through facilitation of various leadership workshops and cultural programmes. /li liLead and develop the Internal Comms and Engagement Plan. /li liCoach and educate Line managers and employees while providing right level of HR guidance and expertise. /li liSupport line managers with external recruitment. /li liSupport management in identifying productivity and efficiency opportunities. /li liDevelop strategies to ensure no disruption to business or loss of key talent. /li liManage, monitor, and improve HR Administration processes, in close cooperation with the Regional HR Shared Services team. Initiate HR policy review and policy changes in line with business agenda labor law developments. /li liComply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liMinimum of 2 years' experience in HR roles. /li liPrevious experience in an international setting, ideally in a matrix organisation. /li liAdvanced computer skills (MS Office) with special focus on Power point and/other design tools and AI. /li liGood interpersonal and communication skills.
