This role will play a key part in bdefining and executing sourcing strategies for direct procurement categories /b, working in close collaboration with bEngineering, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing teams /b. /ppYou will bcollaborate and influence business leaders and stakeholders at a global level /b, supporting teams across several countries and our HQ offices in Geneva, Sweden, and Spain. /ppThe role will involve the bcreation and execution of a Procurement Plan to maximize savings /b, leading bend-to-end tenders /b (from drafting specifications to award and contract signature), binfluencing stakeholders /b to define and standardize requirements, while ensuring compliance with Procurement processes and policies. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage strategic relationships with ODM partners and key suppliers /liliSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through industrialization up to Mass Production, ensuring cost targets are met /liliContribute to the Group Procurement Plan, maximizing savings across multiple countries /liliLead tenders (RFPs / RFQs) for strategic products developed and manufactured for Verisure's integral markets, including: /liulliRequirements gathering /liliPreparation, analysis, and assessment /liliRecommendations, awarding, contracting /liliNegotiation with internal stakeholders and suppliers /li /ulliCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, PMO, Quality, and Operations /liliDraft contracts and negotiate agreements with suppliers in coordination with Legal and business teams /liliEnsure compliance with Direct Procurement processes and policies /liliProactively identify project risks and issues, implement solutions,



and elevate when required /liliMeasure and manage supplier performance through KPIs and supplier audits /liliIdentify risks and monitor mitigation actions and processes /liliPrepare analytical reports, spend analysis, and presentations /liliAct as a key communication link between business teams and suppliers /liliAvailability to travel as required /li /ulh3Requirements Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field /liliPrevious experience in direct procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in electronics or manufacturing environments /liliExperience with ODM, EMS, or electronic component suppliers is a strong plus /liliBasic to intermediate experience in contract negotiation and supplier management /liliProject management mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities /liliStrong analytical skills and high attention to detail /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint /liliExperience with ERP systems (Oracle) and eProcurement tools is desirable /liliFluent English and Spanish, with the ability to lead business conversations and influence stakeholders at all levels /liliOther languages are a plus /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliStructured, organized, and detail-oriented /liliAbility to thrive in a dynamic, international environment /liliStrong analytical and prioritization skills, even under pressure /liliProactive, results-oriented,
