Primary Responsibilities: brSi desea conocer los requisitos para este puesto, siga leyendo para obtener toda la información relevante.brPerform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery. brOversee the overall condition of facilities (electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems) and ensure proper maintenance, including both interior and exterior areas. brInstall and configure new equipment. brTrack and report departmental KPIs. brPerform maintenance on doors and loading ramps. brPerform maintenance and inspections of fire extinguishers. brDetect and resolve equipment failures quickly and effectively. brMaintain records of maintenance activities, replaced parts, and repair times. brCoordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs. brManage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools. brDevelop and manage the maintenance budget. brRequest and evaluate quotes when necessary. brPropose technical improvements to optimize processes and reduce downtime and/or costs. brEnsure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations. brEnforce safety standards and 5S practices. brRequirements: brTechnical education or training in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical fields. brSolid experience (5+ years) in corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery, as well as team and vendor management.



brStrong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, plumbing, automation, and sector-specific equipment and facilities. brExperience in planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. brExperience managing KPIs, cost control, and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams. brKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. brKnowledge of safety regulations and quality protocols. brAbility to motivate, plan, prioritize tasks, and manage teams effectively. brStrong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues under pressure. brManagement style that aligns with the company’s high-integrity culture across all areas of internal and external operations. brAbility to coordinate effectively with other departments and key stakeholders. brStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work positively and collaboratively with others. brAbility to plan, manage, and execute multiple projects from concept through completion. brEnglish proficiency at C1 level is required. brForklift License brFlexible and able to adapt to changing priorities. brOccasional travel to supplier locations and group production plants may be required. xsgfvud brHay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
