Understanding of Banking solutions (origination and/or servicing). /li liExposure to implementation in a Financial Services or Banking Industry. Project Management and/or delivery/execution experience. /li liAvailability for travelling. /li liFluent in English, written and spoken. /li liExcellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels. /li liAbility to conduct workshops/discussions with the client and develop creative and breakthrough solutions to customer challenges. /li liPeople development and team building skills.
