The Institute of Microelectronics of Barcelona (IMB-CNM, CSIC) is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and publicly funded R&D; projects within a world‑class scientific and technological environment.

What will you do?

- Coordinating complex multidisciplinary projects and strategic initiatives.

- Supporting proposal preparation and submission for competitive funding programmes.

- Assisting researchers throughout project implementation and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

- Organising project meetings, follow‑up activities and stakeholder engagement.

- Supporting project reporting, financial monitoring and justification processes.

- Facilitating collaboration across research groups, technical teams and partner organisations.

- Identifying synergies, opportunities and best practices across projects and scientific infrastructures.

- Contributing to communication, dissemination and visibility activities.





- Supporting organisational and operational improvement initiatives across the institute.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for professionals who combine strong organisational skills with a genuine interest in research, technology and innovation.

- Experience managing or coordinating complex research, innovation or technology‑related projects.

- Experience with publicly funded programmes and competitive grants.

- Ability to work with multidisciplinary and international teams.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience with project planning, monitoring and reporting.

- Excellent English, Spanish and Catalan communication skills.

Work within Spain's leading centre for Micro- and Nanotechnologies.
