Experteer Overview In this role you will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and models to support advanced analytics, build executive dashboards, and enforce data governance. You’ll partner with non-technical teams to define KPIs and translate questions into technical solutions, while mentoring junior engineers. - Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and data models
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for executives and analysts
- Establish data documentation, metadata management, and data quality practices
- Audit and optimize SQL queries and dashboard performance for large datasets
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business questions into technical requirements
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on data modeling and visualization practicesResponsabilidades




- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in BI engineering, data engineering, or similar analytical role
- Experience integrating data from multiple systems into unified, high-integrity data models in a modern data warehouse
- Deep experience with data warehousing and cloud data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Strong data modeling knowledge (Star/Snowflake) and familiarity with dbt
- Expert-level SQL (complex joins, window functions, performance tuning)
- Deep expertise in at least one BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma)
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience working in general and remote teams
- Experience in the ResTech industry
