Responsibilities

- Provide phone and online support to customers and internal Customer Service team.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
- Process information received via email and verbal communication efficiently and accurately.
- Perform order data entry, ensuring systems are consistently updated.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in order entry, customer service or administration.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Team player with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.

Language Requirements

Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
