We are specifically targeting the energy storage and green hydrogen applications with our truly unique capabilities. /p h3The position /h3 pThe Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of contracted services, meeting customer commitments in terms of scope, quality, schedule, cost, and safety. The role coordinates planning, resource allocation, logistics, materials, technicians, and Health Safety requirements to ensure smooth execution and achieve operational and invoicing targets. /p pActing as the main operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders such a FSE´s, PM´s etc. You will manages scope of works, risks, deviations, warranty on field activities through processes and tools. Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with company processes, tools, and safety standards. A proactive, results-oriented mindset is essential to ensure services are executed efficiently, safely, and without operational gaps. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end execution of contracted services to ensure customer commitments are met. /li liCoordinate resources, including technicians,



materials, logistics, and HS requirements, ensuring readiness before execution. /li liAct as the primary operational contact for Field Engineers and support execution-related issue resolution. /li liManage risks, deviations, and scope changes, implementing corrective actions and minimizing financial impact. /li liMonitor costs and support achievement of invoicing and operational performance targets. /li liParticipate in warranty-related activities at customer sites. /li liDrive continuous improvement through effective use of processes, systems, and planning tools. /li liEnsure work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Requirements /h3 ul liIdeally will have technical educational background but we open for other fields. /li liAt least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in after sales departments. /li liMust have strong stakeholder management skills and proactive personality. /li liWill be key to have great organizational and time management skills. /li liMust be able to speak in English (B2). /li liIdeally experience with SAP Salesforce CRM. /li liMust be willing to work on adaptable hours if required based on the business needs. /li liThe position is to be based in Vitoria-Gasteiz but will be hybrid (2-3 days home office). /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer an excellent opportunity for professional development in a historic company, with an extraordinary brand recognition, market leadership and global presence.
