We are currently recruiting a Value Creation Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.Key Responsibilities- Build andmaintain financial models and valuationsto support business planpreparation, investment decisions, and other shareholder strategic decisions- Prepare DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysestoevaluate project and portfolio performance under a range of scenarios.- Conduct marketand competitive researchto identify opportunities and benchmarkpositioning- Create and summarize findings of modelling analysisby populatingstrategy presentations, reporting dashboards and executive reportsandpresentations for management & the Board of Directors.- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams – including finance, investments and M&A andoperations - to assess project feasibility and strategic alignment.- Support long-term investment strategyand portfoliooptimisation initiatives, quantifying and understanding trade offs and riskassessment as part of a general portfolio.- Monitormarket trends, regulatory developments and industry dynamics to ensureproposalsremain relevant and competitive.- Take initiative and ownership on additional tasks as assigned,



and lookfor continuous improvement opportunities at all times.Education & Certifications- Bachelor’s degree or higher in BusinessAdministration, Finance, or a similar field. Alternative Engineering withexperience in Finance- Excellent English languageskills(written and spoken)C1 levelis a must. Additional languages are a plusExperience & Technical Skills- 3–5 yearsof experience in investment banking, boutique M&A, valuations team, corporate finance, privateequity, or a similar analytical role.- Strong financial modelling skills and solidunderstanding of valuation methodologies(DCF,LBO, multiples, etc)- Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is aplus.- Proficiency in Excel and strong proficiency withPowerPoint to produce for executive-level deliverables.- Problem-solving oriented and strong analytical skills - naturally curious and inquisitive in undertandingprojects and the business to be able to model outputs appropriately.- Outstanding interpersonal and communicationskills to successfully interact with multicultural and cross-functional teams.- Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-pacedenvironmentwith shifting priorities and ability to work under pressure in a global organisation across multiple timezones.- Excellent attention to detail.Company CultureWe believein a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability.
