Experteer Overview
As Tower Documentation Engineer, you will own the creation and update of steel tower manuals and instructions, and define assembly processes aligned with product design. You will collaborate with SE teams and contribute to new tower and component development. You’ll handle incidents related to assembly processes, support change management, and participate in the ST Assessment committee as an engineering representative. This role offers a chance to shape documentation and processes in a growing wind energy company with international reach.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Create steel tower documentation: manuals and instructions
• Define internals assembly processes based on existing processes and product design
• Participate in new tower and component development projects




• Resolve incidents from SQA, suppliers, or other Nordex departments related to assembly processes
• Perform change management tasks
• Serve as Engineering representative on the ST Assessment committee

Responsabilidades
• Experience in creating and using work instructions
• Experience in mechanical/electrical assemblies
• Experience in quality control (plus)
• Experience in 3D model layout visualizator use
• Teamwork and cross-department collaboration
• Ability to multitask
• Advanced English level (C1 or above)
• Spanish and/or German a plus
