In the first phase, you'll act as the finance business partner to a Central Function (Tech, Data, Product, HR and Finance), embedding with senior leaders to sharpen how the business spends and decides. The output is a better business decision, not a cleaner spreadsheet. /li liSupport your partners' strategic initiatives across the year, from business case through delivery. /li liLead the shift of reporting, dashboards, and forecasting to AI agents and internal tooling for your scope — freeing your time to focus on strategic judgment over manual production. /li /ul h3Corporate FPA Ownership /h3 ul liLead the monthly and quarterly FPA reporting processes — management reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews — with an active role in the monthly close and close collaboration with the wider FPA and Finance team. /li liOwn the annual budget and reforecast cycles, ensuring the operating plan stays aligned to both near-end targets and long-term strategies. /li liDrive the FPA systems and automation agenda.
