The successful candidate will need to perform well under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and work quickly and efficiently. /p pYou will provide direct support to the Corporate Finance Director and play a key role in assisting, guiding, and supporting transaction teams throughout the deal process. /p h3Candidate Profile /h3 pYou will be educated to degree level and have relevant corporate finance experience gained within an accountancy firm, corporate finance boutique, or business brokerage. You will have been involved in, and preferably led, a number of successful transaction completions.
