Job Summary You'll own Google Ads end-to-end across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and Demand Gen — managing ~€250 K/month across 3 European markets, with full budget autonomy. You decide what scales and what gets cut. We are looking to hire Media buyers covering the Poland/CZ/SI/SK and another for the Nordics (SE/DK/FI/NO). Responsibilities Run Google Ads end-to-end across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and Demand Gen, managing ~€250 K/month across 3 European markets with full budget autonomy. Launch new campaigns and angles weekly, and run structured tests on creative, landing pages, and audiences. Scale winners aggressively across geos, and feed insights back to creative and product. Work closely with our designers and copywriters to ship landing pages and ads tailored to each market. Operate our stack: GA4 plus proprietary server-side attribution.



Requirements 4+ years running Google Ads at €100 K+/month scale (ideally DTC, ecom, or supplements/health). A track record of hitting CAC and ROAS targets. Deep comfort with Performance Max and Demand Gen - not just Search. Fluency in GA4 and attribution data, without needing an analyst to translate. A second language in German, Spanish, French, or Italian is a strong plus. What the role will look like In your first 6 months, success looks like hitting a CAC of €35 in your primary market while scaling monthly spend from €50 K to €120 K.
