Experteer Overview
In this role you support Dexcom’s Global Privacy team within Legal to ensure GDPR and AI Act readiness and ongoing compliance. You collaborate with Procurement and Legal to vet vendors, handle data subject rights, and conduct privacy impact assessments, while engaging with regulators and the Data Protection Officer. You will work with senior leaders, manage multiple priorities, and help scale privacy programs across a global health-tech context. • Vet and audit vendors for compliance with privacy and data security policies and legal requirements
• Support submissions in competitive EU tenders for the company’s products and services
• Manage processes for data subject rights requests and enforcement
• Provide guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)




• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies to align programs with laws and regulations
• Coordinate with the Data Protection Officer for GDPR and similar requirements

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of privacy and data protection experience (law firm or in-house)
• Knowledge of European privacy laws and best practices
• Proven track record in project and process development and management
• CIPP and/or related data privacy certifications preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
