As an Analyst in Global Export u0026amp; Agency Finance, you support ECA and MLA-backed origination and transactions across Latin America. You work with local and global teams to convert opportunities into deals, delivering high-quality client materials and managing the pipeline. You will engage with agencies, banks, and internal stakeholders to drive cross-border financing solutions. This role offers exposure to a diverse, international environment with significant growth and impact in Santander's core markets.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support the origination and follow-up of the ECA and MLA pipeline across the region
• Identify, screen and generate new business opportunities with local teams, coverage bankers, product specialists and clients
• Contribute to the preparation of high-quality client pitches, internal presentations and marketing materials
• Monitor regional business performance, including KPIs, pipeline evolution, revenues and management reporting
• Drive internal coordination across geographies and stakeholders (Project Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Eu0026S, Syndication, Middle Office)
• Support the execution of transactions with ECAs and MLAs through internal approval stages
• Contribute to business development initiatives to grow Santander’s ECA/MLA franchise in core LATAM markets




• Manage multiple workstreams across countries, teams and time zones

Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 2 years in corporate banking, investment banking, structured or export finance, or related financial services role
• Experience in client presentations, management reports, pipeline updates, and financial analysis
• International academic or professional experience valued
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages (Portuguese or French) a plus
• Strong follow-up, organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
• Analytical skills to translate data into clear management messages
• Commercial mindset with ability to originate and develop opportunities across sectors and geographies
• Outgoing with strong people skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
• Proactivity, creativity, and ability to work independently; capability to manage multiple streams
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills; strong Excel; financial modelling is an advantage
